This list is meant to represent butcher shops and other meat retail businesses in North America that practice whole animal butchery and utilization and that are committed to sourcing local meat, preferably meat that aligns with our Good Meat® values. The list  represents original research from our friends at New Amsterdam Market and continued research and additions by the Good Meat® Project. Per usual, we expect you to ask a lot of questions and do your own vetting of these businesses. We also welcome any additions or comments you might have.  We’re continually updating our list.
