Our Angus cattle are born and raised on pastures in Livermore, California, carrying on our rural farming heritage for five generations. Our family has been farming in the Livermore Valley since the 1850’s, and ranching on Mines Road in the Livermore hills since the 1890’s. We work hard to implement regenerative agricultural land management practices, focusing on a well-managed grazing system that can regenerate grassland, build soil, sequester carbon, protect our watersheds, biodiversity and our natural resources. Our animals are food shed sourced—born, raised, processed, sold and distributed locally, supporting local businesses and maximizing the direct relationship between our farm and our consumer. We sell the majority of our grassfed grass-finished Angus beef in Sampler Packages weighing approximately 25 – 30 pounds, for $16.50 per pound. When purchasing sampler packages you are sharing a portion of an animal, therefore the cuts are not the same in every box, one person may get a sirloin steak, one a top round steak;a chuck roast or an arm roast; a flank steak or a skirt steak; a filet or a ribeye.
