Firsthand Foods sources livestock from a remarkable network of independent producers who raise their animals humanely, outdoors on pasture. We work with a handful of independent, Animal Welfare Approved, USDA-inspected slaughter plants to fabricate our meats. While we are primarily a wholesaler, we do offer a full selection of meats for sale online with pick-up only (no shipping option at this time) at our warehouse in Durham, NC.
