We're an employee-owned whole-animal butcher shop in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. We provide local, sustainably-sourced meats alongside your favorite hard-to-find international products (think bags of MSG, Belizean hot sauce, and Duke’s mayonnaise) and delicious sandwiches to our rad-as-hell customers and neighbors. We aim to provide professorial know-how and an approachable, warm atmosphere, all while jamming to bitchin’ tunes and having a good time.
